Hematolinx Site Use Guidelines

Hematologics, Inc. offers this service with the provision that it is not used in any way as a research tool.  It is designed to provide immediate access to the current and past analysis history for specimens submitted to Hematologics, Inc.   Furthermore, these histories are protected by Federal law relating to confidentiality (42 CFR Part 2) prohibiting any further disclosure.  Its use is intended for the physician or authorized representative and you are hereby notified that any unauthorized review, dissemination, distribution, or copying of histories is strictly prohibited.

All information transmitted by, received from, or stored in this system is the property of Hematologics, Inc. and is to be used solely for Hematologics, Inc. business purposes.

This service shall be made available only for active accounts.  An active account is defined as Hematologics, Inc. has received a specimen within a one year time frame.

Hematologics, Inc has the right to cancel this service at any time for any user or institution.

Hematologics, Inc. has taken all steps possible to ensure that the data on the website is accurate. If something is found to be inaccurate please call Hematologics, Inc.  We will make every effort to correct said information as quickly as possible.

Scheduled maintenance shall be performed to optimize the website.  We will try to schedule any downtime during non-peak hours. The service may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance.

Unplanned downtime may occur at any time, Hematologics, Inc will work to resolve the problem.
